We all have phones these days that not only take great photos, but most allow you to do things like edit those photos and save them to folders directly on your computer. Use this technology to your advantage! Take photos of everything and anything that might provide you with wedding day inspiration. Make notes on these photos to remind you why they inspired you in the first place (we forget things quite often) and save them to specific folders on your phone or computer so you can look back on them in the future.
If you tend to look for inspiration online, use a website like Pinterest (if you haven't figured it out yet, we love Pinterest) to keep everything organized. It's super easy to post your photos to the web straight from your phone...your real life inspiration can live right next to your web life inspiration!
Inspiration can come from anywhere and don't worry, no matter what inspires you, you are not crazy! You may be wandering around a fabric store and be entranced by the multitude of colors splashed all over the shelves...don't be overwhelmed! Take that photo and save it using some identifying information so you don't forget where to find it in the future.
Other inspirational things may be beautiful scenery you come across while on a walk or driving down the street.
You may even be inspired by the most adorable dress your friend is wearing for her birthday celebration! :)
Whatever it is that inspires you, it's important to remember that ideas are free and creating your dream wedding day is about making it what YOU want it to be. Take a million photos, collect a million ideas, and use a million creative brain cells to turn your inspiration into your wedding day!!!
